Current member instructs the prospective member, the buyer, to bring or send completed application, available for download on this site or from the selling member, and transfer fee to transfer agent, Peter Keeffe, Lot 208 at Mississippi Riverwood (MRAI), 608-385-4672. Winter address 7750 E Broadway Rd Lot 336, Mesa, AZ 85208. Transfer fees is $350 for all new prospective members and should be made out to MRAI. The transfer Agent will explain further necessary actions. Sales require approval of the MRAI Board of Directors (BOD) which meets once a month May through Sept. and are not final until this approval is granted. No money should change hands until both parties are notified of the BOD approval.
